Return & Refund

Because all products available on our website are Print-on-Demand (custom-made and printed specifically for you upon order placement), we maintain a strict return and refund policy to keep our operations sustainable. Please read our guidelines carefully before placing an order.

1. Buyer’s Remorse (Wrong Size, Wrong Color, or Change of Mind)
Since each item is unique and produced on demand, we DO NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if you:
- Choose the wrong size.
- Choose the wrong color.
- Provide an incorrect shipping address.
- Simply change your mind after the item has been sent into production.

Please carefully review the detailed size charts and product descriptions provided on each product page before finalizing your purchase.

2. Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors
Your satisfaction is our priority. We will gladly arrange a 100% free replacement or a full refund if your product arrives with any of the following issues:
- Manufacturing Defects: Misprints, incorrect design variants, severe alignment issues, or broken stitching.
- Transit Damage: Items that arrive torn, stained, shattered, or visibly damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling.
- Wrong Item Received: An item that does not match the size, color, or style specified in your original order confirmation.

3. How to Submit a Claim (30-Day Window)
If your order is defective or damaged, you do not need to ship the item back to us. To receive a free reprint or a refund, please follow these steps within thirty (30) days of product delivery:

1. Send an email to our support team at: support@teeslaps.com
2. Include your Order ID in the email subject line.
3. Attach clear photo(s) or a short video showing the specific defect or damage. The product must be laid out on a flat surface with the design and the error clearly visible in a single frame.

Once our team reviews and approves your submission, we will initiate a free replacement order or issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refund processing times typically take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.

4. Packages Returned to Sender / Lost in Transit
If a package cannot be delivered due to an invalid or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused, it will be returned to our print manufacturing facility and safely recycled. In these specific cases, we cannot offer a refund or a free replacement. 

If a package is deemed truly lost in transit by the carrier (with no tracking updates for more than 14 business days), we will submit a claim and arrange a replacement shipment for you at no additional cost.
