Welcome to teeslaps.com. We are dedicated to delivering your custom print-on-demand items safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping practices, timelines, and fees below.

1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States only. All orders are produced and shipped directly from our partner manufacturing facilities located inside the United States. 

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
We offer clear and flat-rate standard shipping for all domestic orders:
- Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $5.99 per order.
- Free Shipping: Valid on all orders of $69.00 or more (automatically applied at checkout, no coupon code required).

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Because each item on teeslaps.com is printed on demand specifically for you, your order goes through two distinct stages before arriving at your door:

- Production/Handling Time: Typically takes 2 to 3 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your custom product.
- Transit/Transit Time: Takes 5 to 8 business days once the carrier picks up the package from our facility.
- Total Estimated Delivery: You can expect your package to arrive within 7 to 11 business days from the date your order was placed. 

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

4. Shipping Carriers & Tracking
To ensure reliable delivery, we partner with top domestic shipping services:
- Most standard orders are delivered via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
- Heavier or bulkier orders may be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).

Every order includes end-to-end tracking. You will receive two crucial automated updates via email:
- Order Confirmation Email: Sent immediately after your purchase is successfully processed.
- Shipping Confirmation Email: Sent once your package leaves the production facility. This email will contain your dedicated Tracking Number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Issues & Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. 
- If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or contact us at support@teeslaps.com within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
- We cannot be held liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned to sender due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
